May 9th, 2014: Rutgers WPF organized a competition on Mothers Day at Library Complex, Lahore. One of Sanjan Nagar students of grade 10th Midhat got the position of 2nd runner-up for the best song as a tribute to her mother. She was awarded with a shield and a gift hamper.

Midhat's mother had been a teacher at Sanjan Nagar who died few years before due to cancer.
