Sanjan Nagar students shone brightly at the 9th Faiz Festival, delivering a heartfelt tribute to the iconic poet Faiz Ahmed Faiz. Their performances included the beautiful blend of poetry, letters, and songs that captivated the audience and brought Faiz Sahib’s powerful words to life.
The Sanjan Nagar choir sang on Faiz Sahib’s poems, including “Hum jo tareek rahon mein Maarey gaye,” “Mera dard naghma-e-be-sada,” “Bol k lab azad hn teray,” and “Kab yaad mein tera sath nahin,” were a true highlight. The program also showcased the diverse talents of Sanjan Nagar students through engaging bait bazi, letter readings, and powerful teh-tul-lafz performances.
