Dr. Irfan Khawaja, a pediatrician and career counselor, conducted a dynamic career guidance session for students in grades 8 to 10. He discussed the importance of selecting a career based on personal aptitude, opportunities available, and how one’s chosen profession can contribute positively to society. He highlighted how career counseling provides students with the tools and guidance to make informed choices, as opposed to earlier times when parents often made such decisions.
The session was highly interactive, with students enthusiastically participating and sharing their career aspirations. Dr. Khawaja stressed the value of focused effort, advising students that hard work is essential for achieving their goals.
To conclude the session, Choir students Rayyat Mehdi and Romana Naz performed the song ‘Ravi,’ adding a vibrant touch to the event.
