From June 24th to 28th, 2024, Dialogue Academy hosted an incredible 5-day intensive summer program focused on conflict resolution skills.
In collaboration with Sanjan Nagar, students from Grades 8 to 10 were engaged in a transformative experience, learning critical skills like:
- Listening with curiosity
- Speaking from a first-person perspective
- Having the courage to engage in difficult conversations
- Participants delved into essential concepts such as stereotype recognition, empathy, and creating safe spaces.
This program empowered young minds to navigate and resolve conflicts, from personal to global scales. We are thankful to Beyond the Classrooms for bringing Dialogue Academy for students of Sanjan Nagar Trust
