Sheema Kermani’s Empowering Workshop!
Students in grades 7-10 had an incredible opportunity to learn from the legendary Sheema Kermani (dancer & activist) on (May 13th & 14th 2024).
Ms. Kermani’s workshop, co-facilitated by Momina Khan, explored the world of performing arts, covering:
• Different art forms (singing, acting, music)
• Classical, folk & pop music styles
• The evolution of dance & classical forms
• The power of voice & music recording
