Great news for students at SNPET IBPYP-HSS! Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) partnered with Room to Read to conduct a five-day Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop titled “Reading Hour in Interactive and Child-friendly Libraries” from April 16th to 20th.
This intensive program focused on equipping faculty members, with the tools and knowledge to effectively integrate library resources into daily teaching learning practices. The workshop packed a dynamic agenda with interactive sessions, hands-on activities, and presentations on setting up and managing libraries fostering a love of reading in children.
This collaborative initiative has empowered faculty members to seamlessly integrate libraries into their teaching, fostering a love of learning. The multiplier effect, achieved through these trained educators sharing their knowledge with colleagues, has the potential to create a school-wide active reading culture that will significantly enhance student learning experiences
