Sanjan Nagar participated in the Local Conference of Youth (LCOY) at Superior University Raiwind, with other schools of Lahore on Wednesday 31st July, 2024. It was facilitated by the Pak Mission. The theme of the conference was “Sustainable Future Climate Action,” the event focused on mobilizing youth for climate initiatives. Attendees, including students and faculty from various universities, participated in sessions on climate change, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
A Lahore Waste Management Company representative praised Sanjan Nagar students’ visit to Mehmood Boti as a model of youth involvement. Sanjan Nagar student Romana Naz actively participated in a climate action policy discussion. The conference provided valuable environmental insights and inspired creative solutions for future protection.
